Send us a ticket

Tell us what you need. It goes straight to our support queue and we reply by email.

Sign in with Amazon. Use the Amazon account that runs your ads. Your ad data connects in the same step. We never see your password.
Let the history arrive. Recent days come first, then up to 24 months of history within a few hours. After that it keeps itself up to date.
Look before you change. Nothing on your campaigns changes unless you change it. Recommendations show the evidence behind them and stay recommendations.

Older than 24 months? Open Settings › Import and drop in reports you exported from the Amazon console. Include the Campaign ID column so rows match your campaigns even after a rename. Anything already covered is skipped, so importing the same file twice never double-counts.
Exports. Your campaign, keyword and research tables export to CSV whenever you like.
A marketplace is missing? Tell us which one, with the Amazon email you sign in with.

Alerts go to your own Telegram chat, from your own bot. Nothing is sent until you switch them on. Takes about two minutes.

Create your bot. Open @BotFather (it opens in Telegram), send /newbot, answer its two questions and copy the token it gives you.
Get your chat ID. Open your new bot and send it any message, so it is allowed to write to you. Then open @userinfobot: it replies with your ID.
Connect it. In AcosControl, open Settings › Notifications. Under Alerts (Telegram), paste the token and press its Save, enter the chat ID, set your thresholds, tick Enabled and press Save.

The Telegram links open the app if it is installed, or a page that takes you to it.

Cancelling. Any time, from Settings › Subscription. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
Managing someone else’s ads. If your Amazon login has access to their ad account, you get access to that data automatically. Each person pays their own subscription.
Disconnecting Amazon. You can revoke AcosControl’s access from your Amazon account at any time.
